“Will Bill” in Nicaraguan Hands

"Wild Bill" in the hands of the Nicaraguan police. William Dathan Holbert (who calls himself William Adolfo Cortez), and his wife, Jean are expected back in Panama today. The pair surrendered to the Nicaraguan army in the waters of the San Juan river after evading a Costa Rican police check point and stealing a boat.
